Memorial Donation Paperwork
If you would like to donate money to the Library in remembrance of a loved one you can designate it towards books and other materials or programming. Please fill out the paperwork below and return it to the Library. Books and other materials purchased in honor of a loved one will feature a book plate recognizing the donation.
Money donated that does not have a specific designation will be used for general Library support.
