SML Senior Series: Fraud and Scam and Awareness

The Senior Series at Spalding Memorial Library offers engaging programs designed to help older adults stay informed, connected, and active in the community. Topics include health, nutrition, local resources, technology, and more. Each session features guest presenters and opportunities to learn, ask questions, and connect with neighbors.

Join Chief of Athens’ Borough Police Carla Dieg and new Athens mayor Todd Babcock for a discussion of common scams targeting older adults. Learn how to recognize warning signs, protect your personal information, and what to do if you suspect fraud.

Programs are free and open to the public. All events take place from 1:30–3:00 PM at Spalding Memorial Library.
