DESCRIPTION:The Senior Series at Spalding Memorial Library offers engaging programs designed to help older adults stay informed\, connected\, and active in the community. Topics include health\, nutrition\, local resources\, technology\, and more. Each session features guest presenters and opportunities to learn\, ask questions\, and connect with neighbors. \nSession 3: Learn simple ways to keep your mind active and support brain health. This session will include tips\, resources\, and engaging activities focused on memory and lifelong learning. \nPrograms are free and open to the public. All events take place from 1:30–3:00 PM at Spalding Memorial Library. \nNeed Help with Transportation? \nBeST Transit is offering $1 rides to and from the library for residents of participating senior living communities. \nFor transportation assistance or more information\, please contact BeST Transit at 570-888-7330. Registration required in advance!
